30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love Rylu. If you're not happy for any reason within 30 days of your order being delivered, email us with your order number and we'll refund you in full, even if the pack has been opened. You don't need to send it back.

Your 14-day right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day it's delivered. Email us with your order number to cancel. If you return the product, please send it back unopened and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it (or proof that you've sent it). Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong. For health and hygiene reasons, opened food supplements can't be returned under this right, but our 30-day guarantee above still covers you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge before it's dispatched. Just email us as soon as possible.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
