Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost
Free tracked delivery on every UK order.

Delivery times
Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delays
If your order is going to arrive later than our estimate, we'll email you. If it hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll resend it free of charge or refund you in full.

Changing your address
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't change the address once your order has shipped.
